Chris Powell

Chris brings experience from luxury fashion in NYC and LA along with residential remodeling. He prides himself on patience and attention to detail, helping customers create functional, beautiful spaces. Outside work, he enjoys music, travel, and family time.

Sean Nevins

Sean is passionate about customer service and helping clients achieve their goals. After five years in flooring sales, he joined CSM to expand his expertise. Originally from Connecticut, he enjoys sports, movies, scenic drives, and exploring North Carolina.

Wes

Originally from Martinsville, VA, Wes brings strong direct-to-consumer sales experience to CSM Flooring. Years of in-home consultation work have shaped his ability to guide clients smoothly from selection to installation.

He values the collaborative culture at CSM Flooring, where teamwork and customer experience come first.

Outside work, Wes enjoys golf, sports, and time with his dog.

A true design enthusiast with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, and AutoCad, Dana loves helping people rediscover their homes. Originally from Long Island, she enjoys renovating older spaces and spending time with family, her dog, and the beach.

Ashley Gibbs

Ashley enjoys guiding projects from selection to completion and seeing client visions come to life. Born in Alaska and raised in NC, she’s called Wilmington home since 2006. She loves boating, fishing, music, and cooking with her dog Chloe nearby.

Holly Conrad

Originally from NC, Holly brings high-end design experience from Phoenix and Scottsdale. With a background in interior design and architecture collaboration, she helps clients balance function and vision through thoughtful material selection.

Brandi Otto

Brandi recently moved from Colorado to coastal NC and brings fresh energy to our Wilmington showroom. She enjoys travel, exploring the Cape Fear region, and connecting with the local community while helping homeowners find the right flooring.
